Nicky from My Pattaya Real Estate was simply amazing! I had previously tried to check out some properties earlier this year from an agent from this company but that agent was not very responsive. I decided to give it another try and I am glad I did and that I had Nicky to work with this time. She was very engaging/responsive and she actually finds out what clients' preferences are and compiles a list of places to view based on that, which saves both parties precious time. My intention was to just check out a few places to see what was currently available but I was blown away from the last property she took me to and I decided to invest in that property and I am so glad I did. Nicky put me at ease from the very beginning and I can tell she was on my side when talking to all the property representatives and that was comforting, you don't get any sense that she was just trying to have a client invest she really wants you to get the property you want and will be happy with, and if not, to keep looking until you find the one. Thank you so much Nicky! I am so excited and looking forward to the property being complete.

Five stars + without hesitation. Nicky is personal, professional, efficient and responsible. Buying a condo for the first time as a foreigner creates a whole new level of anxiety and uncertainty but Nicky made it pretty much a stress-free process. I was unable to stay after the purchase to be there to finalize the closing. Nicky managed everything on my behalf and kept me updated every step of the way. Overall, simply a great experience.

In a sector that has a dubious reputation My Pattaya Real estate stands out for honesty, reliability and great service. I can be a demanding customer but no request I ever made was refused or ignored. The service was quick, professional, with no hidden cost or any other nasty surprises. Also important, they keep their listings up to date. Look trough the Pattaya real estate listings, half of them are no longer on the market or fake ads. A few hours after I signed and paid the deposit the condo was no longer listed. So what you see on their website is really available. Nicky was a charming and very competent agent. The whole company is totally recommendable.

Nat was guiding me smoothly during all stages of buying a property in Pattaya for the first time! Her communication skills are fast, efficient and friendly. She has a very good understanding of the local market. And supports you on all needed activities like opening up the Thai bank account. She was balancing buyers and sellers interests in a sustainable way. Everything was in time and on the point! Would recommend her and the whole team anytime!!!
